Life is for Living Retreat

Seven days of luxury, pleasure, and feminine rebirth — at Mount Cinnamon in Grenada, Caribbean.

Hosted by Dianne Sealy-Skerritt + Naomi L.A. Smith · DIE4ART©

WHY THIS RETREAT EXISTS

This retreat was created for the woman who has been pouring from her cup until it ran dry — and who is finally ready to be refilled. Not in a rushed afternoon. In seven full, unhurried, luxurious days in Grenada.

You have been giving for a very long time.

You want to go deeper than a holiday — to reconnect with who you are beneath the roles you perform, and reclaim the parts of yourself you set aside.

❋ You are ready for more than rest

Most retreats are not designed for women of colour. This one is. Every thread of this experience has been woven with intention for us, by us.

❋ You are done with spaces that don't see you

There's a calling stirring in you — louder now than it has ever been. This is the space to hear it clearly and answer it with courage.

❋ You feel the pull of something more

Two visionaries.

THE LOCATION

Grenada doesn't ask you to perform.

The island of Grenada — the Spice Isle — holds something unhurried and ancient. It is a place where the sea is warm, the light is golden, and time bends to allow you to simply be.

Mount Cinnamon is one of the most beautiful boutique resorts on the island. Perched above Grand Anse Beach, it combines Caribbean luxury with genuine warmth — a place that feels held, not transactional.

Only 20 women will experience this. The size is not a limitation. It is the point. This is intimacy by design.

FULL RETREAT PROGRAMME

  • You arrive. You breathe Grenadian air. You are held. Tonight is not about doing — it is about arriving, truly, into the space that has been prepared for you.

    Check-in at Mount Cinnamon

Arrivals staggered across the afternoon. Welcome refreshments await on the terrace — cold coconut water, fresh Grenadian fruit, hibiscus iced tea. Time to settle into your suite, rest, and begin to exhale.

6:30 pm | Welcome Ceremony — "We Begin Here"

The formal opening of the container. Dianne opens in prayer and reflection. Naomi leads a somatic grounding ritual to anchor each woman in her body and in this place. An intention-setting practice closes the ceremony — each woman speaks aloud what she is calling in from this week. The circle is set.

Led by Dianne Sealy-Skerritt & Naomi L.A. Smith

    8:00 pm | Welcome Dinner

A celebratory shared dinner — Caribbean cuisine, candlelit, unhurried. No agenda. Just twenty women beginning to know each other over food and laughter in Grenada.

  • We begin by dismantling one of the heaviest stories women carry: the idea that time is running out. Today, that story meets its end.

7:00am | Group Activity | Sunrise Yoga on the Beach Terrace

A gentle, accessible yoga flow led by a Mount Cinnamon wellness practitioner. Not about performance — about waking the body, watching the sun rise over the Caribbean, and beginning the day from the inside out. All levels welcome.

    45 minutes · Optional

    8:00 am | Breakfast

Farm-fresh Caribbean breakfast at the resort. Leisurely — no rushing to a workshop. You eat, talk, take in the view.

10:00 am | Age is But a Number Workshop

Dianne dismantles the cultural myth that after a certain age, a woman's best days are behind her. This workshop explores what it truly means to be in the fullness of your years — the wisdom accumulated, the freedom earned, and the permission to start again that exists at every age. Through teaching, reflection questions, and group discussion, women leave this session with a completely reframed relationship to time and age.

    Led by Dianne Sealy-Skerritt

    10:00 am – 12:00 pm

    12:00 pm | Lunch & Conversation

A relaxed shared lunch. The workshop will have opened something — time over food allows the group to process and share naturally.

2:00 pm | Afternoon at Leisure — Beach, Pool & Spa

Unstructured afternoon. Grand Anse Beach is steps away. The pool is yours. Spa treatments can be booked individually with the resort. Journal, read, swim, rest — whatever your body is asking for.

    2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

    6:00 pm | Reflection Circle

A short, optional gathering before dinner. Women share one word or one sentence from today. No pressure. No performance. Just witnessing each other.
